Breton Elementary Choir recieves a Silver at the D.V. Performing Arts Festival

Silver for Choir

Our choir received a silver standing at the Drayton Valley Performing Arts Festival today. The kids got a chance to work on both our songs (Clouds and Firefly by Andy Beck) with the adjudicator Sara Brooks (http://www.sarabrooks.ca/about.html). This group is open to all students from grade 3-6 and meets once a week for 35 minutes. Deanna Lindsey (our tireless accompanist) joined us in Drayton Valley at the Eleanore Pickup Arts Center with many parents and spectators in the audience.

Well done to you singers! You represented BES and did us very proud!

We will be singing again at the Elementary School Mothers Brunch.
