Breton Elementary builds ties to the larger community through service projects. This year, one such project is "Blessing Bags": large Ziploc freezer bags filled with items that would be useful to the homeless. For example: a pair of warm socks, some toiletries, personal care items, a few non-perishable snacks, a note of encouragement. These are easy for shelters to hand hand out to people on the street.
If you are interested in participating you can do one of two things:
- Send a completed "Blessing Bag" full of items
or
- send single items from the checklist (click the picture for more details)
